A strong entrepreneurial spirit, strong, professional communication skills driven, motivated, highly disciplined, and committed to success organized, flexible and coachable. Someone who doesn't shy away from hard work and is reliable. 

Our clients rely on us, so we need to be able to rely on you to take care of them!

Flexibility to manage your work/life balance and work on an FT or PT basis. A rapid progression into leadership vested residual income from DAY 1 (your commissions are YOURS, no one else’s) Highest commission in the industry (100%-145%), a GREAT bonus program.

This position involves NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting. We work on appointments with people who are already looking for information and help with finding the right product for them and their families.
